Privacy and cookie policy
How Grand ERP handles personal data and which cookies are used on granderp.com.

2. What data we collect
- Contact details you provide: your name, email address, phone number and message when you write to us via the contact form or by email.
- Browsing data, if you accept statistics cookies: pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location (country, city) and the source you came from.
- Advertising data, if you accept marketing cookies: interactions with our ads and visits to the website, used to measure ad performance and to show remarketing ads.
3. Why we use data and on what legal basis
- To answer enquiries and prepare offers – legitimate interest and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- To analyse and improve the website – your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To measure advertising and show remarketing ads on Google and Meta platforms – your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects and do not pass it to third parties for their own direct marketing.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Necessary cookies are always set, as the website could not remember your choices without them. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website.

5. Recipients
Data is processed by our service providers: Hostinger (website hosting), Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel). Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. to Google LLC or Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA), this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep data
Enquiry and correspondence data is kept as long as needed to respond and continue cooperation, but no longer than 3 years after the last correspondence. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the table above.
7. Your rights
- Access your data and receive a copy.
- Have inaccurate data corrected or your data erased.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller.
- Withdraw your consent at any time – this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, write to info@granderp.com – we will reply within 30 days. If you believe your data is handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (www.vdai.lrv.lt) or the authority in your country.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when laws or the tools we use change. The latest version is always published on this page.
