We are implementing the project “Implementation of Cybersecurity Solutions at UAB GRAND ERP to Increase the Company’s Cyber Resilience.”
For the project CYBER-K02-037 “Implementation of Cybersecurity Solutions at UAB GRAND ERP to Increase the Company’s Cyber Resilience,” UAB Grand ERP has been allocated EUR 38,673.47, of which EUR 19,336.74 comes from the European Union’s Digital Europe Programme 2021–2027 funds and EUR 19,336.73 from the Republic of Lithuania’s national co-financing. The total value of the project is EUR 52,673.47.
The objective of the project is to strengthen the cybersecurity of UAB Grand ERP, ensuring the protection of the business management system, databases, user accounts, and network infrastructure against current internal and external cyber threats. The project will implement both organizational and technical security measures aimed at:
• access control and authentication (e.g., 2FA, password policy, account management)
• securing networks, servers, workstations, and mobile devices
• software vulnerability management (updates, inventory)
• data protection, backup management, and business continuity assurance
• detection and response to cyber incidents, as well as raising employee awareness.
The project is co-financed by the European Union.
The project started on August 4, 2025 and will be implemented until December 31, 2025.

Implementation of e-sales transaction solutions
UAB “Grand ERP” implements the project under the progress measure “Encouraging companies to digitize”, the purpose of which is to create and implement e- a sales transaction solution for customers to place orders, view information about the progress of orders and pay for completed orders.
The project will contribute to the digitization of the company’s activities and increase its competitiveness.

The aim of the project is to develop international partnerships and networking by seeking opportunities to participate in international EU R & D & I initiatives through the EWC.

UAB Grand ERP is a company that develops unique and modern IT solutions that help to develop business, streamline business processes, and save time and money. The company employs competent, innovative, open-minded employees who have experience in production, sales and service companies. Recently, a lot of attention has been paid to the interoperability of different systems, integration, process optimization, engineering implementation and related innovative solutions, as well as new technologies that can be used to develop high value-added products. In order to remain competitive, the company does not have enough internal resources to develop solutions and services that meet the needs of the market. Therefore, it is necessary to develop international cooperation in the field of R & D & I and to try to use the opportunities provided by the EU R & D & I initiatives (programs).
It is planned to participate in 5 events during the project.
Participation in international R & D & I initiatives reported by EWC organizations will be expected to involve partners in a specific one or more international EU R & D & I programs (Cosme; SME Intrument; Horizon2020, Eureka; Eurostars; etc.).
Active participation in the events is expected to lead to the signing of at least one agreement with international partners – a legally binding agreement / agreement obliging the applicant and the international partner to jointly apply for the implementation of international R & D & I initiatives (programs).

The aim of the project is to look for opportunities to participate in international exhibitions, develop international partnerships and networking, thus increasing the company’s exports.
